For those needing to improve cardio, heart health, and overall lean muscle mass – this class is for you. All muscle groups will be firing…and expect to lose some body fat as the intensity and conditioning is kicked up a notch! 

Combine with Strength & Conditioning or Functional Strength small group classes to have an overall complete strength and endurance training routine.
