Join us for a FREE Sports and Mindset Workshop on How to “Slay Your Inner Dragons” featuring local sports therapist and ultrarunner Danielle Snyder!
When: Wednesday, March 13th at 6:15 pm

What: Danielle will discuss cognitive reframing, will go over strategies like mantras, making goals with coaches, visualizations, and much more! Also, this workshop is good for coaches and parents -> the importance of their roles vs when it could beneficial to seek mental health support for anxiety, negative self-talk, relationship stress, life goals and balance for life.

Why: Because we all have inner dragons and want to maximize our potential — and your mind is a big part of getting the most out yourself, helping knock self-imposed obstacles out of our way, and enjoying our sports and Bend lifestyle to the fullest!
