Our professional runner and co-owner Renee Metivier Baillie demonstrates how to incorporate modified functional steps ups as part of your training program to help with hip and knee alignment and hip extension.

Start by adding this exercise to your routine 2 times each week with 1 set of 10 steps ups per leg. As you build strength, you can increase to 3 sets of 10 step ups per leg. Learn this and much more during Renee’s Functional Strength + Core & Balance classes at Recharge.
