Fall is coming and our new space is in the works, so we’ve decided to add a little more change to the air including a few brand new group fitness classes and a few schedule additions and updates!

Newly added classes:

Tuesday —–> Functional Strength with Renee

Want to know the secret behind Renee’s six pack abs?

She will lead a 45 min. strength and conditioning class every Tuesday at 11:15 am. This hybrid class will combine core, balance and general strength work with a focus on form and function to give you the most benefit in the least amount of time!

Let her years of experience as a pro athlete help you increase your athletic potential, no matter what your sport is. This class is only $7 for members and $10 for non-members with all levels welcome. Only 8 spots are available – be sure to sign up in advance at the link below if you plan to attend!

Thursday —-> Recharge Yoga with Karly

…yoga for athletes! Feeling sore from your latest workout? Join our certified yoga instructor Karly for a 45 min. class every Thursday at 12:15m to rejuvenate and refresh your tired muscles while building sport specific strength and flexibility.

As an avid athlete in a variety of disciplines, she’ll combine her knowledge of the athlete’s body with her love for and expertise in yoga to create a class appropriate for all types of athletes!

This class is only $7 for members and $10 for non-members and only 10 spots are available so be sure to sign up at the link below. All levels welcome and we’ll have mats to use if you need one!

Updated Group Run + ElliptiGO Ride:

Thursday —-> ElliptiGO Ride

Our Monday ride is still happening at noon, but our Wednesday ElliptiGO group ride has moved to Thursdays at 5:15pm.  Join us on this instructional ride that will help add specific training without impact into your schedule while helping knee & hip alignment, increasing glute/hamstring activation, and building proper running & cross-country skiing form!

We’ll meet at Recharge and head out together for a 45 minute all levels ride on the paved trails, bike lanes and neighborhood streets in the area! Cost for the ride is $7 for members, $10 for non-members.

If it’s your first ride, please show up by 15 minutes early to sign waivers, learn a few tips about how to ride and get the ElliptiGO set up before we hit the streets!

Friday —-> Weekly Recharge Run

Our Recharge Run is now on Fridays at lunch!

Join us at 12:00 pm every Friday for our weekly RECHARGE RUN! We will also be leading a metabolism boosting and speed enhancing hill workout from Recharge that is sure to enhance your running performance!

This run is FREE and open to anyone who wants to have some company to share the miles. We will meet EVERY Friday at noon in front of Recharge for an approximately 45-60 min run with an optional hill workout, which will be followed by a short, functional drill routine to help improve your running form, increase your stride efficiency, and speed up the recovery process! We believe everything is better when you have good company to share it with, so we hope to see you on Friday afternoons for some fun, social training!

Any and all speeds and distances are welcome to join in for any part of our Recharge Run. The runners will head out to the Deschutes River Trail loop at 12 pm with the post-run ancillary drills to begin immediately afterwards. Check back for updates, but this run is free to join and we plan to be here rain, snow, or shine!
