Personal Training

Either one-on-one or in a small group setting of 3-10 people, we will bring you through workouts that are specifically designed to maximize the effectiveness of your workout and help eliminate your weaknesses in order to keep you active for life.  Our trainers will utilize the skills they have learned while working with a wide range of athletes of all abilities to bring you through training programs proven to provide results specific to YOU…motivating you each step of the way!

Consistent training is important in reaching your full potential, and your workouts should evolve to fit your unique goals…whether that is losing weight, staying healthy, gaining specific strength, or shaving seconds off your mile time. Our personal training sessions will challenge you safely and effectively in order to help you reach your goals. Learn the why and how of each movement pattern, how to activate your glutes effectively to eliminate back and knee pain, why the hinge is so important, what your specific injury risks and prehab/rehab exercises to keep you healthy, and improve biomechanics and form…just to name a few!
