“You. Better.”

Need a little extra attention? We offer private massage appointments with a performance focus.

Massage therapy has been used for thousands of years to promote health, healing, and well-being. There are a wide variety of massage modalities, and deep-tissue (or simply “sports”) massage therapy, in particular, can help athletes heal faster and perform better. By incorporating effective techniques, our goal-oriented massage treatments are customized to best suit your specific needs.

Our therapists are hand selected with years of experience working with demanding athletes, both chronic and acute injuries, muscle imbalances, as well as correcting muscle firing patterns. Their wealth of knowledge is sure to help you heal faster, which will leave you feeling better and allow you to ultimately be more successful!

“By having regular therapy sessions, people keep their muscle tissue healthy, help alleviate both chronic and acute pain, reduce scar tissue, increase flexibility, improve circulation, and enjoy better sleep. All of these components combined help make you a better athlete…achieving optimum athletic performance, not to mention overall health and happiness.”

Request an appointment with one of our therapists online by using the above “Book Now” button, or call us directly at 541-306-6541 to talk to one of our staff during front desk hours.
