The goal of any strength program is to peak overall strength and power through increasing training intensity with a focus on performance goals. This group is for you if you want to maximize your results with specific strength training while lessening your injury risks!
Recharge’s elite strength coaches will build a strength routine focusing on increasing power safely (which decreases the fastest as you age!), leaning out your muscles, and increasing overall strength with a focus on proper form and activation that will having you performing at your best this season!

Let our amazing team of Recharge coaches help you train properly and stay healthy while getting stronger than ever so you can do more outside of the gym. The primary strength and conditioning objective is injury prevention, followed by performance enhancement…more than lifting weights, it encompasses the entire development to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed, agility, endurance, and core stability with strength being just one piece of the puzzle!
