Ben Entenmann has 15+ years of experience competing in high-level, sport specific athletics, but in his professional career as a Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) movement specialist and licensed massage therapist in the State of Oregon, he focuses on helping others further their goals through outcome-driven soft tissue techniques and FRC-based protocols geared toward improving movement quality and efficiency.
Working with a varied population over the years, Ben has trained professional and amateur athletes looking to tap the peak of their athletic potential, to active citizens recovering from injury to healthy humans who simply want to get more out of their bodies.
