Janessa Wells has a background in form and function which she brings to yoga and strength training. As a runner and outdoor active activist who trained in flexibility work as well as how to tie how the body works to rehab and prehab, we are excited to have Janessa as a part of our team! 

Functional flexibility is a class for athletes who are scared of regular yoga but want a class that focuses on function, rehab, as well as mobility! Good for all athletes and individuals of all types and goals! #youbetter
