Joey’s personal training philosophy is that he is here to “motivate and educate” clients on how to get stronger. He has over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry ranging from gym management, personal training, and class instruction. Joey is a firm believer in the overall benefits of strength training for everyone.

He believes that we all can train as athletes…strong people are healthy people! Strength training can help with weight loss, it protects bone health and muscle mass, it helps you develop better body mechanics, and it helps you become a better athlete.
