As a strength and conditioning coach with extensive and diverse experience ranging from performance enhancement with elite tactical athletes to functional movement and clinical rehab/injury prevention specialization, Teresa strives to apply the best research-backed knowledge and philosophies in a fun, educational, and energetic fitness setting.

Teresa has a wide range of experience as an Olympic weightlifter, snowboarder,  soccer player, swimmer, and as an NPC Figure Competitor. Teresa strives to create a positive and motivating environment by combining personal athletic and movement experience in a holistic, big-picture focus allowing the highest level of success and happiness for all clients.
