LIVE ONLINE OR GYM CLASSES

*To stay socially conscious during the coronavirus, small group classes in our gym will be held with an attention to social distancing. We will continue to offer live online streaming classes to better serve the community during this time. We are health-focused first and foremost! After registering for online classes thru above link, the ZOOM meeting ID and password will be emailed to participants 15 mins before each class start time.  And like all Recharge classes, we will continue to be focused on form and specificity!

True HITT involves metabolic conditioning with intense short bursts above 80% effort combined with less intense recovery intervals - burning more calories overall, providing improved athletic capacity and condition, as well as improved glucose metabolism! He is very proficient in everything from Olympic lifting and non-conventional training (sandbags, kettlebells etc) to run programming and traditional strength and conditioning work.
