*To stay socially conscious during the coronavirus, small group classes in our gym will be held with an attention to social distancing. We will continue to offer live online streaming classes to better serve the community during this time. We are health-focused first and foremost! He is very proficient in everything from Olympic lifting and non-conventional training (sandbags, kettlebells etc) to run programming and traditional strength and conditioning work.
