This week’s workout is designed to work with the winter weather that has been hitting many of us hard already. It can be done on a shorter stretch of clear pavement or even on the treadmill. This ladder workout is designed to mix in threshold work and speed to keep things balanced and ready to roll when the weather clears a bit.

Workout: (1 minute-30 seconds-15 seconds-30 seconds-1 minute)  x 5-10 repeats

1 minute segments at a moderate/fast pace

-30 second segments at a fast pace

-15 second segments at a sprint

– Use equal rest in between each segment
